Aim: The aim of this exercise is to help you to evaluate your motivation to find a job.
     
Description: Job seekers have varying levels of motivation when it comes to wish to get employed. Your attitude when you are searching for a job can have a significant impact on your success in finding it.
This test will help you to find out how strong your motivation is and assess your readiness to find a job.
The following questions will give you the opportunity to explore your motivations for finding a job and identify drivers for your job search. This exercise will help you better understand what inner obstacles you have or do not have for getting a job.
